RDB provides professional internships to graduates of higher learning institutions, which is an opportunity to gain tangible work experience required by most employers. The intern gains valuable work experience and eases the transition from school to work.

The National Employment Program provides an opportunity for young people in need to acquire vocational skills in a short period of time (3-6 months based on the nature of the trade). The hands-on trainings are free of charge and are conducted in different trades including: Carpentry, welding, tailoring, plumbing, electricity etc. For you to access the training, you apply at a TVET school once the call for application is published.
